I have to pay my chicky rent, 

I trade my soul and passion,

I signed the confirmation which was given in a gentle manner,

undoubtedly I picked up the dark filled pen,

focusing on reading the clauses,

on the signature column I signed ManChien and did not draw a turtle.

I feel appreciated, 

that I have given my requested pay,

which was suppose to be according to my performance I am ought to get a hundred less from the offered price initially,

still, they kept their promise in the end, on the 1st offer,

I feel HAPPY =D! shall I not be? 

It is a goodie hundred dollars not-less now, as a consolation of standing my ground :)
